The Ruby Brink is one of our favorite spots to grab a drink or a delicious meal. Don’t let the fact that it’s also a butcher shop dissuade you if you’re a vegetarian. There are always delicious options for plant-based diners. The menu changes daily based on what their chefs find from local farmers- and the food never disappoints. There’s also an amazing cocktail menu that also changes pretty regularly.

All of the food here is excellent, and we highly recommend trying their house made bone broth soup. It's especially good to warm up with after being out in the cold.
