Bright Tank Brewing Company, was founded by husband and wife team Matthew Moore and Gemma Sampson, is a microbrewery, bar and restaurant all rolled into one. With their dream of opening up a brewery, Matthew and Gemma decided to set themselves aside from other breweries with the Bright Tank concept of offering quality craft beers, alongside an innovative, fine dining experience.
