Perth's new 60,000-seat riverside stadium and its surrounding, family-friendly park (think playground, BBQs, sculptures) opened in January 2018. Big concerts, AFL games and international sport fixtures including cricket and rugby are held here. A new Perth Stadium train station services incoming crowds, while the Matagarup bridge links the stadium precinct with East Perth, enabling pedestrian access across the Swan River.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Enjoy a leisurely train trip to the city (PERTH STATION) and then catch a CAT bus to the stadium. You may like to do a tour of the stadium or simply walk along the banks of the river. During the winter months, you can enjoy an AFL (football) match.

One of the best stadiums in Australia. We have excellent public transport to and from the stadium. The stadium hosts international football matches, AFL games, Cricket matches and concerts
