Second favorite restaurant in Tempe. Middle eastern food. Usually order lamb shish kabab or beef swarma. A middle eastern grocery store is in the establishment. Orders under $10.

In the same location as Khai Hoan, Haji-Baba is a local treasure. Another family-owned restaurant (30+ years)featuring Middle Eastern comfort food. My favorite is the chicken shwarma sandwich, while Denis favors the full plate of Chicken Shwarma. Great tabouli and humus in a neighborhood setting. The dining area is located right inside an amazing grocery store with the freshest spices and baklava made on site. We've beed regulars for 30 years.
