www.bikesurf.org/user/city/1 This is a cool initiative, pay as you can bike rental. If you wanna do it like the locals when u r in Berlin, the best is to rent a bike for 10 euros max per day, in 15-20 minutes u can anywhere + if it's further in Berlin u can take bikes in the U+S-Bahn and trams too. :)
