On the rooftop of Kennedy Center. I definitely recommend Sunday Champagne brunch buffet 11am-2pm only. $40/person for all you can eat crab and other seafood, prime rib steak, delicious pastries, etc.

it's so easy to get to just take the 80 bus which is about 1 block away. beautiful views of the city.

Get on the trail beside the Kennedy Center, cross over the TDR Memorial Bridge, and there you can get on the scenic Mount Vernon Trail that goes all the way down Virginia. Great for running/cycling.
