Born and raised in Austin (and not many people now can say that), Jay has been witness to the transformation and growth of his beloved city. In 2010, he began managing vacation rental properties in the Zilker area and soon caught the real estate bug. He has unique insight into market trends, infrastructure development, and most importantly – when a new coffee shop pops up.
