Great, safe location! Hosts were friendly and responsive.

Larry and Adele are such wonderful hosts that this was actually my second time staying here! I will continue to check their listing if I’m ever in Atlanta!

Larry & Adele’s place was quiet, private, and although attached to their private residence the suite was tucked away towards the back of their property with a private entrance. The suite was clean and quiet, and served as a good bridge until my apartment was ready later that week. It is also convenient located not too far from the square of Decatur, where there are a variety of restaurants and boutiques. Definitely would stay again if needed in the future.

I stayed at Larry and Adele’s Cozi apartment adjacent to their house for 3 nights. This was the perfect place and space for me. I travel for work and it’s very hard to find cute, peaceful and affordable places in ATL that provides a smoke free environment and no pets (I have allergies).

Larry and Adele’s apartment offered the necessary accommodations, with a Private entrance and cute personal touches to make the apartment feel cozi without the overwhelming decor clutter. Check in was easy with lockbox access to the key.

Larry and Adele’s communication was great. They are a very friendly couple, responsive and thoughtful.

The area offers plenty to do between Midtown and Virginia Highland. And it’s near the Beltline (huge bonus). I love to jog, and the neighborhood was perfectly safe for that! Parking in front of the main house was no hassle!

I would certainly recommend staying here! And if and when I’m back to ATL this will be my go to place!
