Hi, I'm Tony and I am a former merchant marine (Texaco ocean tugs) , retired from owning a moving company in NJ and I'm a lifetime lifter. Realizing I did not like retirement, I obtained multiple certifications for personal training, biomechanics, nutrition and corrective exercise. I trained clients at Golds gym before I decided I'd rather work form my home studio.
