This spectacular villa is perched above a pristine beach at the southernmost tip of Bali’s Buket Peninsula, with truly breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Situated within the private Asmara Estate, the villa is within walking distance of Timbis Cliffs and about five kilometers from Nusa Dua town. Resort-style features include a superb infinity pool, in-residence spa facilities, a game room, and a fabulous private staff including a talented chef. The three-story villa includes five bedroom suites—four with king beds, one with two twins—making it an ideal choice for destination wedding guests, large groups of friends, or unforgettable family reunions.

The contemporary architectural masterwork balances top-of-the-line comforts with traditional Balinese influences, harmonizing beautifully with the timeless seaside setting. The beach beneath you is ideal for swimming and snorkeling, with a coral reef creating a safe sanctuary of gentle waters. Walk about half-kilometer to the paragliding at Timbis Cliff, or enjoy a chauffeured ride to Nusa Dua town or Bali National Golf Club. Families will enjoy Pirates Bay and Jimbaran Beach (famed for its seafood), while Uluwatu Temple offers a profound experience of Bali's spiritual heritage.
