It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Bundeena Treehouse with Outdoor Spa and Views

Bundeena Treehouse is the perfect base to explore all the beaches, waterfalls and stunning walks of the area or just sit on your private deck and enjoy water views and sunsets. Outdoor Spa with water views Aircon/Heating Filtered water out of all taps and shower PLEASE NOTE you must climb uneven rocky stairs and property is not child friendly, if bringing your child please message first. Also we are very busy all year round and usually book out 2 months in advance especially on weekends

Our tiny single level cabin is on private bushland acreage, on the edge of the Royal National Park, via a 250m private track from the roadside -Wake up to native bird calls -Walk to iconic ocean lookouts -Swim at the local beaches or hike the many trails, -Toast marshmallows around the fire pit -Soak in a hot bubble bath under the stars. Nestled between the iconic Bald Hill and Otford valley , and alongside the famous Grand Pacific drive, there is much to do, or luxuriate and do nothing.

Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
