At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Looking for somewhere to unwind? Nestled in the mountains, this balinese style cottage awaits you! Featuring an outdoor heated spa and views overlooking our freshwater lagoon, you won't regret a weekend here. Relax under the gazebo on our balinese day-bed whilst listening to the native birdlife, enjoy the warmth of our cozy fire-pit area, enjoy a relaxing bike ride or explore the hills with some bushwalking. The options are endless at Laguna Sanctuary.The boathouse cabin is now also available.

The Salty Dog is a space that is both cosy and open to the water, a wooden boathouse for two that invites you to relax and just 'be', to go off grid and reconnect with mother nature at her best.

Seabreeze, a unique waterfront/beachside property

It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs. Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater. 'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Hawkesbury River Hideout

Located on the Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry we offer a relaxed stay less than 1 hour from the Central Coast and Castle Hill and 10 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

This top floor apartment undoubtably has one of the best views and locations in all of Manly. Featuring eye watering panoramic views over Manly beach as well as Fairy Bower and Shelly beach. Fairy Bower is the perfect swimming spot due to its protected location and ocean pool, which makes it perfect for families. The bay window is perfect for gazing down to the promenade, reminiscent of the Italian coastline with bathers sprawled over the rocks soaking up the summer sun.

Only one hour from the CBD yet it feels like another world. The Loft; Kyangatha - waterside retreat

The Loft at Kyangatha; an idyllic farm stay less than an hour's drive from Sydney. The Loft is a quirky sandstone and timber hideaway just 30m from the river. Set in a paddock with views of pasture, river and the hills of Popran and Dharug National Parks. Perfect for a couple (or 2+1) it is an ideal place to get away and relax. Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
