Newport Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches is fast becoming an exclusive holiday destination for Australian and International holiday-makers alike. The iconic Newport Hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the home and other quality eateries are even closer, located in Newport Village. The Village also offers a wide variety of shopping from large supermarkets to boutique stores. Palm Beach, or Summer Bay as it's known on "Home and Away", is 15 minutes further north by car. If night life or a faster pace is more your style then Manly is less than half an hour by car, travelling South. From here the Manly ferry can take you across Sydney Harbour to the CBD for a day of sightseeing. The beach is less than 5 minutes down one end of the road and should you chose to explore the other end of the road, you'll find the historic Bungan Castle, built in 1919. Majestically perched on the headland overlooking Bungan Beach, every stone of this castle was brought over by its German owner and it is now heritage listed. Owners are onsite in the main residence if needed. The apartment is steps away from the shores of Newport Beach and a short drive from Bungan Beach. It’s positioned in what’s known as the Golden Triangle, where one can find an array of shopping and dining options.

The studio is 36 m2 and is part of a small block of 8 units and has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. A 12 min walk to Newport village you can go shopping at the local boutiques, try out one of the many cafes/restaurants or head straight to the beach for a day in the sun and then after all that you can have a drink while watching the sun set at The Newport

Light and airy one bedroom garden flat with beachy feel. It has a queen sofa bed, and comfy double bed. Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop located across the road and easy wlk to B line bus into the city. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry an not in the flat itself. There is no ensuite in the flat.
