Palm studio is a newly built self contained space central to Whale Beach, Avalon Beach and a quiet Pittwater Beach reserve. All can be walked to in under 10/15mins or driven to in 3/5 mins. Perfect for a couple attending a wedding nearby or for a romantic beach stay. The studio is in located in a quiet sunny street with restaurants, cafes and gorgeous scenic walks nearby. Sea pools at every beach Underfloor heating to keep you cosy in the cooler months .Plenty of free street parking available🌴

The Lotus Pod - Unique Guesthouse with views

Situated in the grounds of Austral Watergardens nursery, this large,spacious studio is located approx. 50 mins drive north of Sydney. Overlooks the beach & ocean & lagoon as well as being in a bushland setting. An entire 3 bedroom house sized guest suite, it is the lower level of a two storey house and has its own separate entrance & track to the beach ( a 3 minute walk down hill), or a 5 minute walk down the road. It is very private. Has 2 decks. It's not uncommon to see kookaburras, lorikeets, black cockatoos & whales as part of the landscape. Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay.
