La casa è situata in un paesino tranquillo, in posizione strategica per raggiungere rapidamente le zone famose del nostro territorio (complesso montuoso delle Dolomiti, comprensori sciistici, laghi, città di Trento, piste ciclabili, musei e castelli). Non per ultima la stessa Valle di Cembra rinomata terra di vino e muretti a secco. Vi aspettano tante prelibatezze dell'enogastronomia Trentina!

Die Besonderheit sind zwei Glasfronten mit uneingeschränkter Aussicht über das Tal die sich im Untergeschoss zu beiden Seiten öffnen lassen. So lässt sich ein angenehmes Klima schaffen, auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung . Barrierefrei da beide Ebenen einen separaten Eingang haben.
