Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Detached Coastal Casita at the front of our home. Level, off street parking. Easy stroll to Newport village and beach. There is busses to Barrenjoey Lighthouse/Palm Beach, Manly, Brookvale and Sydney CBD. Ask about the beautiful coastal bushwalks and whale watching lookouts. You can expect a visiting kookaburra, Koel or other native birds in the still of the morning. Don’t be surprised if you see a possum at night or if you are very lucky a leaf tailed gecko.

Blue Seas Avoca Beach

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

The Lakehouse

Our Lakehouse is a fun getaway situated right on the lake that is suitable for kayaking, canoeing and fishing.
