My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.
