Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer Küche und einem Bad. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist hell und freundlich, ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett Liegefläche 1,60 x 2,00m. Beistellbett 0,80 x 1,90m oder Kinderreisebett für 3. Person bei Bedarf. Beides gleichzeitig nicht möglich.Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Kinderstuhl wird bei Bedarf beigestellt.

JUNIOR SUITE with private bathroom

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Ein "Seeherzchen" für Zwei: Mit Pool und Sauna

Klein und gemütlich ist unser "Seeherzchen" (23 qm), das nur 200m vom Badeplatz am See entfernt ist. Mit schönem Blick in den Schlosspark genießt Du hier ruhige Inseltage. Dabei stehen Dir auch Hallenbad, Sauna & Tischtennis zur Verfügung. Vielleicht schon bis bald? Das Schwimmbad ist täglich 6-22 Uhr geöffnet, außer in den beiden Wochen nach den Herbstferien in BW (meist die ersten 2 Novemberwochen), wird es gewartet und ist geschlossen. Die Sauna ist ganzjährig täglich 6-22 Uhr geöffnet.

See-Sicht

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Genieße ein paar entspannte Tage, lass die Seele baumeln. Zum Beispiel bei einem guten Glas Wein und dem Blick vom Balkon auf den kleinen Hafen von Wangen, dessen Beleuchtung sich abends im See spiegelt, einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang, einer Wanderung in der näheren Umgebung oder einem Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto in eine der kulturhistorischen Orte oder Städte in der nahen Umgebung. Abends noch rasch zum Schwimmen in den See.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

see-sucht® – Holidays at Lake Constance

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Wohnung Nähe Donautal, Bodensee, Schwäbische Alb

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Seezeit

Die im Frühjahr 2018 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung erreichen Sie über einen außenliegenden Holztreppenaufgang. Nun steht einer erholsamen "Seezeit" nichts mehr im Wege. Mit einem Schlafzimmer, offenem Wohn- und Esszimmer, Bad, Küche sowie zwei Balkonen mit toller Seesicht bietet die Ferienwohnung einen optimalen Rückzugsort für einen tollen Urlaub. Gemütliche, kleine,urige Dachwohnung in altem Häuschen mit 3 Stockwerken,ruhige Lage mit Garten,nicht weit zum See und in die Stadt,sehr schöne Aussicht bis zu den Bergen. Bushaltestelle in die Stadt,zum See oder Bahnhof in 50m,guter Metzger,Gemüse und Bäcker in 200m Entfernung. Bei Bedarf kann man ein Fahrrad oder Kanu ausleihen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn- und Schlafraum, Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne und WC, sowie einer Küchenzeile. Außerdem steht eine Terrasse und Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich zum angegebenen Preis werden von der Stadt Radolfzell 3,- € Kurtaxe pro Person und Tag erhoben.
