It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Bundeena Treehouse with Outdoor Spa and Views

Bundeena Treehouse is the perfect base to explore all the beaches, waterfalls and stunning walks of the area or just sit on your private deck and enjoy water views and sunsets. Outdoor Spa with water views Aircon/Heating Filtered water out of all taps and shower PLEASE NOTE you must climb uneven rocky stairs and property is not child friendly, if bringing your child please message first. Also we are very busy all year round and usually book out 2 months in advance especially on weekends

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
