Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

This house can host up to 8 guests, has 4 queen size beds in 4 bedrooms, all with dedicated workspace space With air conditioning throughout the house and TVs in all rooms, you can feel right at home. Kitchen has everything including pressure cooker and air fryer. There is 4 Parking spaces enough for trailers on the property. Outside dining setting, a gazebo with gas and charcoal barbecue for entertaining

Located in serene surroundings. Ample living space, secluded outdoor BBQ entertaining area, indoor laundry, and free street parking. Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. Extra guests: $40 NB: Wi-Fi is available, but, in the case of a service outage, we cannot guarentee internet availability. Likewise, TV w/ Netflix subject to availablity.

Salt Air is a sunny, spacious one bedroom house set 20 metres behind the main house with access for parking one car right at your front door. Sit outside at the private entertaining area and enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes as you plan your time in Kurnell.
