Mehrere Wanderwege gehen direkt am Haus vorbei. Der Einstieg zu den Gaishöllwasserfällen ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch mehrere bekannte Restaurants sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Von dort fahren kostenlose Direktverbindungen zur Hornisgrinde, Mummelsee, Ruhestein und Achern.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Popular tourist attractions such as the Mummelsee, the Hornisgrinde or the National Park Center are also nearby.
