Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Our modern waterfront home has uninterrupted views over Phegans Bay & Bouddi National Park from every room. You can see all the way to Lion Island & Palm Beach Lighthouse. Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

The Jetty Boathouse

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. Indoors boasts two bedrooms, open plan living/dining, and a cinema/games room. Outdoors offers a private deck with a BBQ and an additional eating area. Situated just 1.15 hours drive from Sydney the Boathouse is ideal for couples looking for a weekend away or families looking for privacy and an alternative to hotels. We welcome furry family members on request.

Beautiful Rural Cottage or “Bowral by the Sea”

Private cottage with water views on 6 acres with frontage to Cockle Bay - just a quick 2 min walk to the end of the property The cottage opens up fully to gardens overlooking water views. Ideally suited to animal lovers as we have dogs and horses are just over the fence next door. Our very friendly “Sizzle” sausage dog loves to visit guests if permitted :) Charming and unique, air-conditioned or just enjoy the sea breezes. An alfresco entertaining area and large yard for the kids/your furry friends. Visit and feed our goats, chooks and bunny. Lucy (Boxador Retriever) is our hostess with the mostest and will greet you on arrival.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset.

Shelly’s is a family friendly holiday house with heated pool, kid bunk room and bathroom downstairs, two adult bedrooms upstairs with bathroom each, fireplace, outdoor beach shower with hot water, open plan kitchen and living, separate rumpus room with pool table and only moments to the beach.
