Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Perfect hut for family holidays in any season, surrounded by nature with ample space for play, relaxation, mountain biking, outdoor life. It has exclusive access to a large lawn and access to a larger open space in common with two other huts. There are games for children, including a spacious tree house. The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.

Il mio appartamento a Sanzeno, nel cuore della Val di Non, la valle delle mele, è circondato di un paesaggio paradisiaco tutto l'anno. L'ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere, essendo vicino alla fermata degli autobus (tram da Trento a Dermulo per 45 min poi bus per altri 15 min), è l'ideale come base di partenza per le piste da sci: Mendola o Predaia a 15/20 min; Val di Sole o Paganella a 45/60 min; sentiero che porta a S.Romedio; vari laghi della zona E' a 40 Km da Trento, Bolzano, Merano
