The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.
