The living area opens onto a large terrace with uninterrupted views of the Hoher Riffler Mountain. There is also a library off the dining area to provide a more cosy and quiet refuge. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including two dishwashers, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, bar seating, larder and additional fridge. The 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower two floors. The Master bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite with double basins, bath and separate shower, and also benefits from a private balcony. All other bedrooms have luxury en-suite shower bathrooms. A separate family bathroom with double sinks, separate bath and shower is located on the lower ground floor. The gym is equipped with a rowing machine, cross trainer and state of the art weights machine.
