Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Seatide Patonga Creek

This little 60's Bungalow may just be the best kept secret in Patonga. Slow down, step back, relax enjoy the view. Our little 3 bedroom house is the perfect place for a weekend, or a week to simply wind down. The house retains much of its 1960's charm but has had a renovation over the winter opening up the living/kitchen area, complete new kitchen, flooring throughout and a bathroom makeover. But looking out across the grassy reserve on the waters edge of Patonga creek is still the same!

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. It’s the perfect place to explore the river and it’s secluded beaches. Maximum Occupancy – 2 adults

Patonga Creek Cabin.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.

Pearl Beach Loft 150m to beach

An award winning small house at the beach end of Crystal Avenue. Ideal for a couple or a small family; pets are welcome too. In its own rainforest (unfenced) garden, set back from the street and neighbours and hidden from the main house 50m behind it, it’s private and quiet. All you’ll hear are the birds and the surf. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.

Shelly’s is a family friendly holiday house with heated pool, kid bunk room and bathroom downstairs, two adult bedrooms upstairs with bathroom each, fireplace, outdoor beach shower with hot water, open plan kitchen and living, rumpus room with pool table only moments from the beach. The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. This sandstone cottage is one of the original cottages on Mackerel Beach. Set on the absolute beach front, North East facing and receiving sun all day long, this gorgeous property has a main house and separate studio with 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 8 people. It is just 10 metres from the water and 60 minutes from Sydney CBD.
