This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Avalon Garden Cabin

This little cabin on a quiet street lined with spotted gums enjoys northerly sun and is quiet (except for the prolific birdlife) and private. Just a short 7 minute walk to Avalon Beach and a lively northern beaches village with plenty of great little cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, bottle shops, a cinema and shops. The interior set up has changed since these photos were taken and there is no TV unless you request one.

Freshwater duplex (top level only)

This cozy home in Freshwater is conveniently located near local shops and is just a 15-minute walk from the beach. The property features an undercover deck, providing a wonderful space to spend time with family and friends.
