You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Situated on the waterfront of Clareville, this intimate two level Boathouse is ideal for the romantic getaway. Set amongst native palms and gum trees with a magnificent view across Pittwater, this romantic one bedroom retreat comes with its own jetty, outdoor spa, outdoor dining and lounge area, kayaks and a small moto boat ideal for fishing and exploring Pittwater.
