Our beautiful French style apartment is on the second story or our home. It has two bedrooms - if you need to use both please book for 3 people as there is an extra charge. Thank you. It is a sunny, spacious and comfortable apartment.. Access is private and you have sole use. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

This cosy separate bedroom with ensuite is a tasteful garage conversion. In the room is a small fridge, a table and chairs, towels, a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway.

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! Our beautiful 2 bedrm home is one block from Lake Macquarie, a children's playground & boat ramp. Our 60 sq m "Haven" is tastefully decorated with modern decor, is warm & inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher & full size fridge. The bedrooms have plenty of hanging space & storage. The living area has an air con for the summer & winter. Bathroom has a bath & separate shower. A small amount of toiletries & kitchen essentials are provided until you can restock.
