My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Redfern Cool 2 Bed Retreat

Our 2 bedroom architecturally renovated funky terrace is on the cusp of Surry Hills/ Redfern - the hip restaurant, cafe and wine bar belt. Coles supermarket 5 minutes away. Walk to Central Station (bus 374) , Eveleigh markets, SCG, EQ,Centennial Park and Chinatown. Great house to relax in or take nearby 304 bus to Opera House or Bondi Junction (352). Close to Devonshire St light rail stop to Central, Chinatown, Darling Harbour city, Circular Quay. Other way Randwick Racecourse, NIDA, Uni NSW.

Please also be advised the entrance sliding door is also used by elderly mother and not lockable. Bedroom is lockable.
