This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. A fully provisioned laundry and kitchen with coffee maker and all glassware, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Towels and linen provided.
