Nestled between the peaceful seascape of Cockburn Sound and the lively streets of Fremantle, acclaimed by experts for its mouth-watering food and drinks, you’re never far away from a quick stroll to the beach to enjoy the sun on your face and sand beneath your feet.

This unit is comfortable, peaceful, air conditioned & fully self contained. Private entrance with deck, garden. Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. Kitchen has basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water. Please read Important Note below
