Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

The apartment includes 1 x queen bed, 1 x queen sofa bed in living room, air conditioner, full kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard. If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed to made in addition, this will incur a $20 fee to cover the additional linen provided by the hosts. Pets welcome however cannot be left unattended inside during stay.

The home is walkable distance to local coffee shops , restaurants and Top Ryde shopping centre. The guest home is renovated in 2017 and sitting at the back of the house with independent entry.

A perfect location to launch your Sydney visit in a secluded, leafy corner of Balmain. Catch the ferry from Balmain East to take in the spectacular views of the Bridge, Opera House and Circular Quay. The Balmain Peninsula is a hidden gem. Pubs, cafes and a great village feel. The Cottage is self contained with an ensuite, kitchenette and comfortable queen size bed. The backyard is a shared space with us in the main house so you'll likely see our family around.

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
