Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Romantic Luxurious, kingsize bedroom, opening onto a covered verandah overlooking waterfront. The space is very private for one couple only. The kayaks & stand up paddle boards are included. Breakfast ingredients provided with fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Quiet rooms , with block out curtains and natural bedlinen. Restaurants close , however our guests prefer to eat meals on the verandah. large bedroom which includes sitting and desk area, eatin kitchen /dining room attached.

A sandy beach is 10 minutes away, with beautiful hikes nearby. Please note the pool is not heated during winter. No laundry.

During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.
