The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

1-bedroom unit in Cronulla

Nice ground floor unit in a quiet small block located minutes from the main precinct beaches and the esplanade. There is NO parking in the lane but free on-street parking and it's a flat 5-minute walk from the train station. The unit has Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for your use. I've added a high chair and travel cot. There is a mattress topper, in case you find the mattress too firm. I prefer long term stays, and there are discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

Very close to rail transport to Sydney centre, cafes, Cronulla beaches, Westfield Miranda, National Park and so much more. Security block with lift. My place is good for couples and families with children over 5. No cleaning fee is applied to my bookings Special Discount for Feb and Mar 2026 as our lift is being replaced and access to my 2nd floor is only via the stairs
