Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Historische Villa

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die alte Stube, historische Betten und Leuchten, 2 Holzöfen, eine alte Veranda mit Essplatz, Parkettböden und ein großer Garten mit alten Obstbäumen machen einen Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Lehmverputzte Innenwände, Fußboden- und Wandheizung sowie überdachte PKW-Stellplätze bieten dazu den entsprechenden Komfort. Zu mieten ist das gesamte Hochparterre-Geschoss des Gebäudes mit knapp 100m2. Neu 2025: Neues Backrohr und Spüle!

Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.
