Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. It has a kitchenette (please note: no oven, but have a small stove), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Welcome to your blissful getaway! This beautifully designed picture-perfect cottage is nestled in the heart of Sutton Forest, the ideal fit for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy the heated floors and an Internal fire at the press of a button. Firepit outside awaits, sizzle a steak or toast marshmallows under the stars. Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Dawning Day Farm has everything you need for a relaxing country getaway, just 90 minutes' drive from Sydney. Kalamunda Estate is a spacious retreat set on 5 acres, just 3 km from Bundanoon. Perfect for large groups, it features a pool, a large outdoor BBQ deck with stunning bushland views, and a games room. The 5-bedroom house accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or friends' get-togethers. With a vast garden, there’s plenty of room for kids to play and enjoy the outdoors.

Tiny House at Foxground

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
