You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Die 80 qm große 3-Zimmer Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines 600 Jahre alten Patrizierhauses in der Altstadt von Überlingen. Der See, die Fußgängerzone und zwei Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das 2017 liebevoll sanierte Haus besticht durch die besondere Lage in der verkehrsberuhigten Luziengasse mit Blick in den Museumsgarten und auf den See.

Haus am Seeufer | Veranda in natürlicher Umgebung

Das auf Stelzen stehende Seehaus befindet sich direkt am Bodensee. Auf der Terrasse und von innerhalb des Hauses lassen sich wunderbar die Landschaft, die Atmosphäre am Ufer und dem See sowie die Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich an sehr ruhiger Lage ausserhalb der Ortschaft und eignet sich für Ruhesuchende, welche sich gerne mit Natur umgeben.
