The modern kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Access from within the garages via a coded keypad doorway for those who seek a secure environment. The Bower provides overflow accommodation for Kings Cottage for larger family groups.

Ideal family holiday cabin. Get up close to our friendly cows (Hamish & Oreo), Pat our loveable sheep Shaun and Tim. Pick fresh eggs daily courtesy of our chickens and enjoy our 2 mini pigs, Dozer & Willy. Experience the tranquillity of country life. If you are arriving in an electric vehicle a $25 per day charging fee will apply. Please let us know your reason for visiting our area and who you will be traveling with, when booking. Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. A well appointed 3 bedroom home. Quiet location. Suitable for 4 guests. There is a veranda and good size back yard. A secure and spacious remote access garage with internal access. Close to town, 1km from The Armidale School, walking distance to NERAM and 10 minutes from UNE. Black Gully Reserve is a block away where you can find wonderful bird life and a relaxing walk alongside the lake. This is NOT a party venue.

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.

Cumquat Cottage

Located 500m from the centre of Armidale lies this charming self-contained 140 year old blue brick cottage. Only a short distance is the Goldfish Bowl specialising in wood fired bakery goods and specialty coffee. This self equiped two bedroom cottage can house up to four people for a little get away, over night stay or work trip.

Quinn's Cottage - Central Armidale

A spacious, light and comfortable home on a quiet street in the centre of Armidale. Built over 100 years ago, this 3 Bed / 2 bathroom house has been tastefully updated and will feel like your own country home during your stay in Armidale.
