Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

Helles Studio mit toller Aussicht

Unser renoviertes Studio befindet sich an zentraler Lage, 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt. Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

Trudi’s Terrace: Matterhorn Views !

Trudi’s Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop- off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi’s Terrace has three cosy, comfortable, and stylish bedrooms. We have 2 modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of our apartment. It’s where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note Zermatt is in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately the view has been temporarily altered with the erection of a crane.

Chalet Calmis - amazing view of the Matterhorn

Our Chalet Calmis was built in 2014. It’s a modern wooden Chalet and it is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the village Zermatt. It’s a 7-minute walk from the train station. The apartment is our vacation home which we furnished and decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. The apartment has an open design and therefore provides a lot of space. We ourselves live in Zurich. Calmis is our second home and we are very much looking forward to welcome you very soon.

Used for agricultural purposes over many centuries by our forefathers, it now offers every comfort for regeneration and for a return to the essentials. Anyone who loves the art of the simple life is sure to love the Chalet Pico. Chalet Pico accommodate for 2 - 4 persons with a bedroom, living-room with a sofa for 2 persons, kitchen, shower/WC.

Approx. 10 minutes to the centre, approx. 7 minutes to the Sunnegga-Express (mountain railway) or to the ski bus. Suitable for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds and connoisseurs. This house was built by our familiy. You will be welcomed in a spacious, bright apartment (100 m²) with a large yard. There are 2 bedrooms with new king size beds. Here we put special attention on the quality of sleep, thanks to our supplier of healthy sleeping systems. Then you will have a large living-dining room with sofa bed, 2bathrooms, TV and fireplace. The house is located about 300m from the train station.
