It has everything you need to switch off and unwind, with an upstairs bedroom, separate bathroom, kitchen and living space. Enjoy the beauty of nature and take a breather from the hustle and bustle in front of stunning views. Gaze at the stars on our open deck at night. Our Tiny is 10-15 minutes away from the delights of the Swan Valley, perfect for wine tasting adventures and bush walks.

The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. We want you to relax & enjoy the tranquility of our farm & country lifestyle.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.
