Enjoy leafy views, a fenced yard & outdoor BBQ area & walk-to-everything convenience just minutes from the main street & Leeton Soldiers Club. A secure 12x9m shed is also available for hire, ideal for contractor equipment.

The Patch - self-contained flat in Griffith

The Patch is a self-contained granny flat with a private entrance, a well-equipped mini-kitchen, Wi-Fi, an ensuite, and aircon. It is suited for a single person, a couple, or two friends who stay in Griffith for a short or long term. The bed can be changed into two single beds or one King-Size bed. There is a small supermarket not far away, and the centre of Griffith is a short drive away. We enjoy a short walk to the Scenic Hills and park. Please ask for any suggestions about Griffith.

It has French doors in most rooms that open out to verandahs that surround the whole cottage. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hotplates, microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Stain glass windows and decorative ceilings add the charm of this beautiful, relaxing cottage set in an orange orchard.

Located in the birthplace of tennis legend Evonne Goolagong and home of the iconic 'Clydesdales' festival and Barellan Beer.
