There are lots of options for the seperate lounge which can be used as downstairs entertaining, a 4th bedroom/guest room or study. The area is fully serviced by a bar/kitchennette and powder room/wc for all your entertaining needs. Upstairs, is the real show stopper .. a sweeping view from the open plan dining, living and kitchen strikes you at every window. An open, breezy feel is created with sliders that join the indoors to a spacious, tiled balcony maximising the entertaining options and further encompassing the amazing views!

Blenny Park Guesthouse is a self-contained apartment on a private property opposite 100 acres of natural bushland. The Guesthouse has a private entry, air-con and ceiling fans, one-way tinted windows for privacy and a guest parking area.
