Please let us know if you need the sofa bed made up for you. Yes we are Dog friendly. NO CATS!! YOU MUST add your pet to your reservation, there is a 50.00 pet fee. Don't not leave pets unattended.

The house has 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen, dining area, large living room, enclosed porch, and attic space with two twin beds. There is a single carport and circle driveway . The property is conveniently located near Mitchell River, hiking trails, vineyards, and only 3 miles from I-77.

This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors. Sunny and comfortable, this home is waiting for you!
