Beaches 30 mins away. 30 mins from CBD (City) or 35 mins to Geelong. Express trains. Also nearby tourist attractions - Wyndham Harbour, Werribee Mansion and Werribee Open Range Zoo accessible by bus also. Basic breakfast, morning/afternoon tea, coffee and most utilities: gas, electricity, water, wifi included.
