The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The light-flooded 40m² vacation apartment Ciasa Silvia is located in San Martino in Badia (Sankt Martin in Thurn), a small community in northern Italy's South Tyrol region.
