An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

Guest Cottage Near Wrightsville Beach

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed. Note: During the summer months, we occasionally offer the main house to larger families/groups (The Sunshine Cottage).

Natures Escape Guesthouse

Nature’s Escape Guesthouse offers a private and peaceful retreat on a quiet three-acre wooded property with a beautiful spring-fed three-quarter-acre stocked pond. Conveniently located just seven miles from Wrightsville Beach and ten miles from downtown Wilmington, the guesthouse provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. As an extension of the automotive/industrially-themed PalmTreeHut downstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHouse simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.
