We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

The Empie-Possion cottage was built in 1913 and is expertly restored. Have a drink on the screened in patio in the back or on the historic front porch. Come enjoy a stay where you can truly unwind. The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
