The Heron Hangout is a newly renovated home with an astonishing view of the Willapa Bay. The 2466 sq. ft. house sits on 4 plus acres, secluded from neighbors for a peaceful getaway. The Willapa Bay has an abundance of wildlife; it is common to see Blue Heron, ducks, geese, eagles and deer. Boats and dredges used in the oyster and steamer clam industry go past as the tide goes in and out. Venturing out and exploring all that the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer is just a short drive away.

Welcome to "The Bay Cottage," our family home away from home. Relax at this cozy cottage with a stunning view of Willapa Bay. Located just across the street from Nahcotta Tidelands and a few short blocks from Port of Peninsula where you can throw out your own crab pot. Use the bikes to take a ride to historic Oysterville or quaint downtown Ocean Park. Come back to our cozy cottage watch a movie, play games, BBQ or just relax around the back yard fire pit and watch the sunrise on the bay.

Rock Lobster Cottage is in the heart of Ocean Park. A short walk to the Ocean Park beach access, Okie's Thriftway grocery store, and Jack's Country Store. Rock Lobster Cottage comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 ground floor bedrooms, and a large room upstairs with en-suite bathroom, all with queen sized beds. Our guests love the quiet neighborhood, the fantastic clamming season, fishing, local hiking, and the drive on beach access! We also offer clamming accessories during razor clam season!

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, clam guns, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.

Storybook A-frame cottage right on the ocean - Less than 100 steps from your back porch to toes in the sand & crashing waves. Newly remodeled with full kitchen & luxe bath plus sleeping for six. Barrel hot tub & heated outdoor shower overlook the pristine beach shared with only a few other homes. High-speed internet keeps you connected or totally unwind with the claw foot tub & wood stove. Quaint Seabrook’s shops & restaurants are a 2 min drive or 15 min walk on the beach.

The Oysterville Guesthouse

The Oysterville Guesthouse is located at the tip of the Long Beach Peninsula in the historic 1854 village of Oysterville Washington. The guesthouse has 3 bedrooms and one bath, a loft with a view of Willapa Bay and a large back garden area with a fire pit and barbecue along with herbs and berries for your use. The Guesthouse overlooks a beautiful meadow that is often visited by deer, elk, heron and eagles. Both the beach and Leadbetter are 5 minute drives from Oysterville.

Ocean's 11 11 Beach House

Enjoy this completely remodeled home. Everything you need is there for your use. A complimentary cup of tea and coffee. Explore listening to records on the record player. Or hear the sounds of nature. Relax in a private back yard with a firepit to enjoy. Or take a 4 -5 minute walk to the private beach entrance for residents and guests. Walk on beautiful low traffic beaches for literally miles! We are in a very quiet neighborhood away from main road.

This is the quintessential beach house! Walk down the block to put your feet in the sand or pick up a bottle of wine at historic Jack's Country Store. Play games in the huge fenced yard, go clamming & build a bonfire on the beach or take a drive to explore this 28 mile long Peninsula and all it has to offer! LaVerna has a gas BBQ, picnic table, fire pit, shuffleboard, smart TVs, DVD player, WiFi and a covered front porch.

Unit #2 is a one bedroom, one bath, with a kitchenette. You have your own entrance with a private patio with a gas fire pit and barbecue.
