If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The cottage at Higher Blannicombe Farmhouse is an 18th Century property in an idyllic setting with far reaching views overlooking the Blannicombe Valley in an AONB, surrounded by Dairy Farmland. 1.5 miles from the centre of Honiton, in East Devon. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. A wood burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s night, or to enjoy those summer evenings there is a large decking. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Little Acorns is a beautiful, hand crafted, bespoke Shepherds hut situated in a tranquil, idyllic location within the glorious Devon countryside. The hut is equipped with everything that you need to ensure an amazing, memorable stay in luxurious accommodation with breathtaking views. There is an additional outside seating area with a firepit for the evenings to huddle around, toasting marshmallows while watching the sun go down and listening to the resident owls hooting. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.

The Wildflower Retreat: vegan B&B

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.

The Log Cabin

Based on a working racehorse training yard set in 9 acres of private land, you will find our cosy Log Cabin with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. You will be able to enjoy the unique experience of watching horses out working on the gallops and grazing in the paddocks.
